The property is secluded and located in direct proximity to Lake Vänern. Here, you will find a swimmable sandy beach with long, shallow water that is suitable for both children and adults. A quiet and safe place to relax, swim, and enjoy nature. Detached guest house on the property that can be used for nice evenings together. Animals are not allowed. Final cleaning is included in the price. The space The cottage comfortably accommodates eight people, with three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped for self-catering with all necessities. Kitchen; Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and of course an electric mixer. Here you can enjoy the sun, take a cooling dip or just relax right by the water. Vänern offers fantastic fishing opportunities – here you can find perch, pike, walleye, trout and salmon, among others. Included in the listing: Small rowing boat (for up to 3 people, no motor) Kayak SUP (stand-up paddleboard) Perfect for both relaxation and active days on the water. Boat & launching If you want to experience Lake Vänern to the fullest, it's great to bring your own boat. Launching and retrieving are easily done via a public boat ramp in Grums, about 10 minutes away by car. The ramp is public (not included in the accommodation) but is of a good standard and works for both smaller and larger boats. Down by the house you have access to your own dock and buoy, perfect for docking after a day out on the lake or just enjoying the evening sun by the water. Please note that the jetty and buoy are used at your own risk. Other things to note The access road is closed off with a gate, making it a very secluded and quiet area; this gate should be locked after each entry and exit from the area.
