Na Pustinách Cottage

The cottage with an outdoor heated pool and seating is located in a beautiful environment on the border of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains near the forest and at the same time on a maintained road that connects the village of Desná with Kořenov and Příchovice. The cottage is located on a slope overlooking the valley. It is designed for year-round accommodation and is adapted for a maximum of 21 guests. Outdoor parking for about 5 cars is in the parking lot below the cottage. In case of snow calamity, snow chains are required. The space 3-bed bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet - 4-bed bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet - 7-bed studio with double bed, bunk bed and three single beds (double bed option) in the attic "on the hammocks" (entrance up the stairs from the apartment corridor), with kitchenette and bathroom with toilet - 4-bed studio with double bed and two single beds, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet Each accommodation unit is equipped with a TV, each kitchenette has a refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop and microwave. All accommodation units are located on the first floor. On the ground floor of the building there is a social living room with a fireplace, a bar with the possibility of renting a pipe (250 CZK/day) and a spacious modern kitchen. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. For relaxation, there is a superior outdoor heated pool with a roof and an infrared sauna with shower and toilet. In the winter season (October-April) the pool is closed and not heated. Sports activities include an outdoor trampoline, ping-pong table and electric darts. You can sit outside by the open fire. The nearby forest is a great mushroom picking location. In summer, you can enjoy hiking and cycling trips at the cottage, in winter, cross-country skiing and in nearby ski resorts, downhill skiing or snowboarding. The cottage is primarily rented as a whole. Minimum stay is 2 nights. The building is heated by a heat pump, there are radiators in each room, underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is available in the building. At the end of the stay, the actual electricity consumption (CZK 10/kWh) is charged. In winter, think about snow chains, in case of snowfall, the access forest road is worse! The deposit is 5,000 CZK.
