Over the past three years, we have renovated this home ourselves by investing countless hours of work, care and attention into every detail. What was once the residence of the village priest has been transformed into a modern retreat, while preserving its authentic character. We wanted to create a space where history and comfort coexist — a place that feels calm, bright and deeply connected to its surroundings. Guest access Via Castello, the road leading to the house, is approximately 2.15 meters wide at its narrowest point. With a standard-sized car, access is generally straightforward. If you are traveling with a wider vehicle and feel unsure, we are happy to pick you up from the free public parking at the bottom of Via Castello. This way, you can first experience the with us and get a clear impression before deciding to drive up yourself. Instead, within the property, there is sufficient space to park and turn comfortably. Other things to note The apartment sits at the top of the historic borgo of Anfo, at the very end of Via Castello — a rare position that offers both privacy and convenience. From here, you are: - Surrounded by mountains and nature - Just a stone’s throw from Lake Idro - Only 5 minutes from restaurants, cafés and bars - And yet, you’ll experience the natural rhythm of the lake and the mountains. We fell in love with Lake Idro for its authenticity. Less crowded than Lake Garda, yet just as beautiful, it offers crystal-clear water, unspoiled landscapes and a slower pace that allows you to truly disconnect.
