A trailer set up at the back of our yard, in a quiet residential area of Gevrey-Chambertin, near a vintage car and in a flower-filled space with an outdoor table. Ideal for 2-3 guests, it offers a friendly and unique stopover. Coffee, tea, and small treats await you upon arrival. 1 km from the SNCF train station and about 6 km from the highway, close to the vineyards and the Route des Grands Crus. Dijon 15 km away and Beaune 28 km away. Shared bathroom and toilet in the house. The space The trailer offers a simple, warm and comfortable space, with a cozy bed in the back and a central dining area. Heating, fan, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, small welcome treats, towels and bathrobes are at your disposal. Upon request, the dining area can be transformed into an additional bed to accommodate a third person. Quiet and pleasant, the trailer is ideal for a stopover or a short stay in Burgundy, in a friendly and unique atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet are in the house and are shared with guests in the two private bedrooms. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. Guest access Guests have access to the entire trailer, fully privatized and equipped for their comfort, with heating and fans. Bath towels and bathrobes provided. They can also use: the toilet and shower in a local home, the kitchen, la plancha, the barbecue, as well as the outdoor table, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining. The whole is designed to offer autonomy, conviviality and tranquility throughout the stay. The bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor of our house and are shared with guests in our two private bedrooms. They are serviced daily. We sleep on the first floor and ensure a clear and respectful organization in order to preserve the tranquility and comfort of everyone. 🌿 Around US The trailer is located at the foot of the vineyards, about 1 km from the SNCF train station and 6 km from the highway exit. You can easily discover Gevrey-Chambertin, the Route des Grands Crus, the Combe Lavaux, the Clos de Vougeot, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Dijon and Beaune. Restaurants, shops and several wineries are also nearby. Simple, warm and original accommodation, ideal for a stopover, a short tourist stay or a business trip.
