Additional Fees & House Policies Smoking: The Crane Resort is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the residence, balconies, or surrounding areas. Any breach will incur a $750 USD fee. Cleaning: Excessive cleaning required beyond standard housekeeping may result in an additional fee of up to $500 USD. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances. Charges will reflect the cost of repair or replacement. Linens & Towels: Stained or damaged linens and towels may incur replacement charges. Lost Items: Replacement fees may apply for lost keys, remotes, or access devices. Utilities: Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of energy usage. Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive or negligent use (e.g. air conditioning left on with doors open for extended periods). Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays. Events & Parties: Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
