Step outside onto the brand-new, expansive back deck, where indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly. Overlooking Lake Zwicker, the deck offers breathtaking, unobstructed waterfront views and the perfect setting to unwind. Start your day with yoga as the sun rises over the lake, enjoy a peaceful sunset, gather around the propane fire pit, or grill your favorite meal on the BBQ while taking in the scenery. And of course, unwind in the brand new hot tub over looking the lake. A set of stairs leads directly to your private, brand-new floating dock, providing easy access to the water for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or simply soaking up the tranquility of lakeside living. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the deck or watching the stars reflect on the lake at night, this property offers an unforgettable waterfront experience. Inside, the home is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped for all of your needs. You'll have exclusive use of the lakefront, private dock, hot tub and all outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of Lake Zwicker. Please note that the Bunkie located on the property is not included with the rental and is not accessible to guests. There is a boat launch at the small beach at the beginning of the lane that is open to the public . For those looking to explore the water, two kayaks are available for guest use as well as a pedal boat and paddleboard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor fire pit located in the front yard for cozy evenings by the fire. Fire pit use is permitted only when there is no active burn ban or fire restriction in effect. Guests are asked to use caution and fully extinguish fires after use. Propane fire pit on the back deck is also accessible to guests (please refer to house manual for instructions on use). Other things to note Parties and loud music are not permitted. Registered guests only. Any additional guests must be approved by the host. Dogs are welcome. Dogs must remain on the property at all times. Please clean up after your dog both indoors and outdoors. We provide doggy wipes to clean dirty paws as well poop bags. Please use the dock, swimming area and non motorized watercraft at your own risk. We strongly recommend wearing the supplied life jackets when on the water. For your safety and peace of mind as well as ours, there is an exterior security camera facing the driveway.
