The Bake House, 3 bed 2 bedroom country home.

The property is set in a delightful rural setting, ideal for a short or longer stay either for business or pleasure. We are situated in the ideal area for walking and biking as well as local attractions, such as Silverstone, Stowe Gardens, Bletchley Park, Woburn, Waddesdon Manor and Bicester Village. We have horses, pigs, hens and sheep and lambs in the Spring. There is a tennis court where you can have a BBQ or a picnic. Well behaved dogs are allowed subject to discussion. The space The Bake House looks out onto our lovely garden. When you walk in you have a modern family kitchen with a large 6 person table. It has french doors opening onto the garden. You walk through into the large living room with a wood burning fire, which is perfect in the winter to get cosy by after a long walk. This room also has doors that open onto the beautiful garden. There is a ground floor cloakroom with washing machine, to use at your leisure. Upstairs you have two lovely bedrooms with lots of light looking over the garden, with two en-suites. On the landing there is a dedicated work area with a large table and chair. In the main bedroom with super king sized bed, there is a lovely bathroom with a bath with views overlooking the fields where you will see wonderful sunsets. There is the option to use the single bed in this room. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room, which has a lovely view over the garden. In both bedrooms there is great storage. There is a tennis court and BBQ which can be used on request. Guest access We are in a rural location surrounded by fields but accessible to the M1 and M40 with fast trains to London from Milton Keynes. We live in a small quiet village with numerous footpaths, the Church dates back to the Doomsday book and has services twice a month. There is a designated free parking area close to the property. Other things to note We accept no liability for injury incurred whilst playing on the tennis court, using the BBQ or walking on our land. There is an extra cost for a dog which we can discuss.
