Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of ​​Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a view of the sea, it has a very nice and fresh garden area to be under the shade of the trees. It is only about 500m approx. from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the Cala Torret area where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. Other things to note one km, where you can walk. Villa Diani has 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so that you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable sofas where you can spend time watching television or listening to your favorite music. It has several slopes so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility . Outside we find a terrace with table and chairs with a nice view of the garden, then the pool area with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a pergola with table and chairs where you can enjoy dinner outside. There is a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee. Pets are not allowed.
