Directly across from the St Augustine amphitheater which hosts our local Saturday Farmer's Market, many prominent artists/bands, and weekly community events/gatherings. Only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to the beach or downtown! This listing includes the main house and an attached In-law suite. You can choose to open it up or close it off for your privacy. We treat it as a master bedroom suite. The in-law includes its own TV, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. It has an optional private entrance. Perfect for families who want a little separation with the option to open it up as desired. Shared driveway & portion of backyard space is shared with the back cottage. The back patio and hot tub are not shared, those are dedicated to your space in the main house. Guests will have access to the backyard, hot tub, and back porch. We have space for three cars in the driveway. Street parking is dedicated to our back cottage tenants. We primarily let our guests maintain privacy with self check-in and minimal interactions unless needed. We respect your privacy but are here if you need us! Cute residential neighborhood just off the main thoroughfare A1A.
