Europe meets Southern Shabby Chic in this Beachy suite w/all the stuff! Pool, canal, seclusion, walking & bike paths, & resident dog. Handy for marathon events. Fish from private dock, watch sunset from private marina, breakfast coffee on dock.Private primary suite. One queen size bed, two twin size beds. Fold out twin bed couch suitable for a child.En suite bathroom w/shower. Separate entrance with digital code lock. House trained flea free pets allowed with prior approval. I do live here. Guest access This private suite includes a large mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Microwave available upon request. It does not include washer dryer, or oven. During your stay I am generally in the main house as I live here, but, I can stay out of your way, completely or interact with you and give you info about the area just as you please. If I am here, then Kelly, the dog is here as well. Other things to note When you arrive, please call me or use the Ring doorbell by the garage so that I can ensure that my cohost Kelly the dog’s welcome is not too effusive for you! Please use the back entrance. To be specific, the back entrance is the gate with the sign that says gate door must be kept shut, and it goes to the swimming pool.
