Please remember to return key fobs/cards upon checkout; lost items will incur a replacement fee of £40. No Smoking Inside: Evidence of smoking will result in an £80 fee for odour removal and cleaning. Guest access Before your arrival, we’ll provide a unique code for our keyless smart lock, ensuring a seamless self-check-in process. Once inside, you can either use the provided keycard/fob for access throughout your stay or continue using the smart lock code. Please ensure that all keycards or fobs are returned to their original location at checkout. Note: Failure to return keycards or fobs will result in a £40 charge for replacement. Other things to note To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, no unauthorized guests or visitors are permitted during your stay. We enforce this policy strictly due to past issues with parties. Free on-street parking is available directly in front of the property between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Outside of these hours, parking is limited to 2 hours, with no return within 1 hour. For longer stays, Cowper Street and Harcourt Street, located adjacent to the property, offer free parking 24/7 with no restrictions. Please note that, due to the property’s central location, parking directly outside can sometimes be busy.
