Located in Marey-sur-Tille, a few minutes from Is-sur-Tille, in the heart of Burgundy and at the gates of the magnificent National Forest Park, the vacation rental enjoys an exceptional natural environment, ideal for unwinding. The house is also located on the "Tous en Selle en Côte-d'Or" cycling route, popular with cycling and touring enthusiasts through the Burgundy landscapes. Close to Dijon and Langres, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the region. The space Welcome to Gîte de Bonvent. Our house has been completely carefully renovated in a vintage, warm and friendly spirit. Thanks to its ancient walls and Burgundy stones on the floor, the house retains a pleasant natural freshness even during the hot summer. It offers beautiful, bright and comfortable spaces: - a fully equipped kitchen, - a large friendly dining room, - a living room with TV, books and comics, - a children's area as well as a corner dedicated to card and board games The 3 large bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are furnished with quality King size bedding for optimal comfort. Two foldaway extra beds for children can be provided on request. For families with babies, we also offer, upon request: - umbrella beds, - high chair, - baby tub, as well as games and amenities for the little ones. On sunny days you can also enjoy a large above ground pool, ideal for refreshing and relaxing in the quiet of the courtyard. It is about 5.50 m in diameter and 1.31 m in height. Access to the swimming pool is under the responsibility of adults, with mandatory supervision of children. For added safety, the outdoor ladder can be removed when not in use. Quiet large private courtyard with outdoor dining area, seasonal swimming pool and on-site parking. The cottage is ideal for discovering Burgundy, enjoying the surrounding nature and sharing a warm stay with family, friends or in a professional setting. Guest access The house is fully at your disposal during your stay. You can enjoy the place independently, with simplified check-in using a key box. We care about the well-being of our guests and are attentive to making each stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note 🎾 Want to play tennis during your stay? Tennis courts are available just 8 minutes from the gîte, at a cost of €10 per hour. To ensure their availability, please let us know well in advance so we can make the booking for you. 👶 Need a babysitter during your stay? Would you like to enjoy a meal at a restaurant, an evening out, or simply some time in complete tranquility?
