Stay one step from the beach! Single room with air conditioning and bed in shared apartment in excellent location for those who want to enjoy the beach or bohemianism of the city. Duplex in Rio Vermelho, a three-minute walk from Paciência beach near UFBA, with a beautiful view of the sea to be enjoyed from the hammock. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared only with me when you are present, although you are spending most days in another villa. The space Upper floor: bathroom, integrated kitchen and fully equipped (but without microwave) with table for meals, balcony with hammock and plants for you to relax looking at and listening to the sea, service area. Lower floor: your bedroom with double bed, blackout, air conditioning so as not to pass heat and closet space for your belongings; my bedroom ; bathroom with hot shower and countertop space to leave your belongings. Wifi all over the house. Caution: No TV or microwave. Guest access Bathroom, toilet, integrated kitchen/living room, service area, balcony, pool (of the building- still closed by the pandemic). Possibility to use the garage for a fee. During your stay My availability varies according to my work, but as we will be sharing the apartment you can count on me for any questions and information about your stay. Other things to note Take care of the apartment. - You'll be able to use all separate artifacts for your use in the kitchen - but wash them off after use. Do not let dishes accumulate in the sink. - You'll be able to use coffee, salt, sugar, oil, and spices for cooking. Other food must be requested and, eventually, paid for. - I provide one bed and bath linen per person per week for use inside the apartment, and it is not possible to use them at the beach or in the swimming pool. - Considering the pandemic, visits without authorization will not be allowed, especially intima. - Possibility of parking for payment and according to availability. - Possibility of washing clothes in the washing machine for payment (10.00 per wash). - If you want and need to work while you are staying , I can provide a desk and chair in your bedroom. - Check-in and check-out time is flexible and varies depending on my availability of time. If you have any specific demands, please notify in advance or in advance of the confirmation of the reservation so that we can schedule the best time for both of you. - Hosting does not provide for cleaning during your stay. In this way, you will be responsible for keeping your space clean, removing trash, etc. For those who stay for a long time and want the service of a cleaning professional during their stay, I can schedule for an extra charge (100.00) according to availability.
