This two-story detached villa is much more than a vacation rental: it is a retreat, a timeless oasis designed to give families and groups (up to 6 people) an escape from the routine, surrounded by privacy and absolute relaxation. The Interior: an embrace between Modern and Rustic Crossing the threshold, you will be welcomed by a warm and well-kept atmosphere, where contemporary design marries the charm of tradition. On the ground floor you will find a living area, designed to be all together, a super equipped kitchen equipped with every utensil and comfort to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners that will find space in the elegant dining room, the perfect place to gather you all together. Complete a practical first bathroom with a shower and all the necessary accessories. The First Floor: Climbing the evocative internal stone staircase, a real artisanal jewel, you will reach the sleeping area. Three intimate and quiet bedrooms await you (a spacious double and two cozy single bedrooms), ready to lull you every time you wake up. The second bathroom is located on this floor, a real wellness room equipped with a beautiful hot tub: the perfect way to pamper you and regenerate after a day of exploring. The Outdoors: your corner of paradise The real heart of the property is the green that surrounds it, a riot of roses and well-kept plants that frame your moments outdoors. Il Giardino: Sip your first coffee in the morning on the benches surrounded by greenery or gather the family for an outdoor lunch under the umbrella, or enjoy the barbecue available to prepare an unforgettable grill. The Great Terrace: Here, time seems to slow down. You can let yourself be enveloped by the silence and an atmosphere designed to give you pure well-being. To complete this small oasis of relaxation, there is a splendid whirlpool for 4 people (seasonal only from May to October, weather permitting), two comfortable sun loungers, and a lovely small table with chairs under the umbrella, perfect for enjoying a good book or a sunset aperitif. The trip is also designed to be carefree: inside the property you will have private parking for 2 cars. Also close to the house, public parking offers other parking spaces with two charging stations for electric vehicles. Guest access During your stay, you will have the exclusive and private use of the entire villa, the garden and the terrace. At your complete disposal you will find: The entire two-story property: - Living area on the ground floor with a living room where you will find a sofa bed, a Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix, a dining room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, - Sleeping area with three bedrooms; one bedroom with a double bed, and two bedrooms each with a single bed equipped with Smart Working spaces plus a second bathroom equipped with a hot tub. - The fenced private garden, green area with a large umbrella, two wooden tables each for 6 people, benches with cushions, swing, barbecue, small table with chairs at the entrance. - Terrace with a whirlpool for 4 people (unheated, only seasonal from May to October, weather permitting), small table with chairs under the umbrella, two sun loungers. - Private parking inside the property, which can accommodate up to 2 cars. - Free public parking outside plus two parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles. Other things to note - Climate and Air Conditioning: The house is in a hilly location that is naturally breezy and cool. There is no air conditioning, but for the hottest days, you will find modern and efficient fans available. - Mobility and Stairs: The villa is built over two floors connected by a distinctive internal stone staircase. Please take this into account if you are traveling with very young children or people with limited mobility. You will also find a stone staircase to access the terrace, which must be used carefully. - Cars and EV Charging: In addition to the 2 private parking spaces on the property, the two public charging stations for electric cars are located right in the parking lot adjacent to the house (public service for a fee via the operator's app/card).
