2 modern & cozy Cottages 45 min. from Stockholm C

This Cottage (Stuga) is our second home and it's located in a idyllic and childfrindly area in Norrtälje, 45 minutes from Stockholm. The large house has 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, 7 beds and 7-9 sleeps. One bathroom. You will also find a small guesthouse, the house (stuga) is close to the main house but all separated and self contained. You have 3 beds, kitchen and a small shower room with WC. You will need a car to have a comfortable stay. The space It's just a 5 minutes walk to the ocean with a childfriendly sandy beach suitable for families and also you find a football field next to it. It is just 45 minutes from Stockholm if you would like to explore for one day. You need to have a car to have a comfortable stay. In Norrtälje, 10 minutes by car, you will find lots of nice restaurants and shops. We are a family with 3 children, 13-14 years old so we have toys and a outside trampoline for that age. We also have a couple of bikes, a conoe and SUP-board. In the large house wich is newly renovated you will find 4 bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen in a open plan living area, bathroom with shower and wc. We also have a loft area with stairs and here you find a king size bed but it's not full standing headroom. In the garden you have different areas for dining, one with a roof. We have a large dining table for 10 or more both inside and outside. We don't smoke and there for don't allow smoking inside. We also rent out our mainhouse in Stockholm City so we have lots of experience beeing a homeowner renting out to guests. Guest access You will have access to every space on the property. Other things to note Some weeks, often during school holidays, the house will include taking care of our 2 cats, they are very child friendly and easy to take care of. They are mostly outside during summertime. During theese weeks it´s not possible to bring own animals.
