A private driveway leads directly to the house, and the property features its own entrance gate. The open-plan layout, large windows, and bright interiors create a modern and airy living environment. The living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area upstairs are connected by an open staircase, giving the villa a stylish and harmonious design. Upstairs, you will find a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower, and panoramic window. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living area with a sofa bed, suitable for a third guest. Electric shutters and premium blackout curtains provide complete darkness whenever desired, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The fully equipped modern kitchen invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings at home, while the villa's traditional arches reflect its authentic Zakynthian character. Pool, Garden & Nature The spacious private swimming pool (approximately 8 × 3.5 m) is surrounded by Mediterranean nature and offers the perfect setting for relaxation. An outdoor shower provides additional comfort on warm summer days. The outdoor area seamlessly blends into a private olive grove of approximately 4,500 m². Some of the olive trees are estimated to be between 800 and 1,000 years old, creating a unique and almost meditative atmosphere. The property has been carefully landscaped with numerous newly planted Mediterranean trees, shrubs, and flowers. Young fruit trees, including lemon, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, and pomegranate, further enhance the garden. A variety of bird species can be observed throughout the property, enhancing the sense of peace and connection with nature. In the evening, the atmospheric outdoor lighting transforms the villa, garden, and olive trees into a truly magical setting. A private driveway ensures discreet access, with parking available directly on site. Other things to note The villa is ideally located in the heart of Zakynthos, with the airport, Zakynthos Town, and the beaches of Laganas and Keri reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. Despite its central location, the property offers privacy and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. Security Notice: To help protect the property, outdoor security cameras are installed at the entrance to the property and along the outer boundaries of the olive grove. The privacy of our guests is our highest priority. Therefore, the cameras are directed exclusively toward access points and property boundaries.
