Our home is a beautiful 2 bedroom house (sleeps six) in the famous Robin Hood tourist village of Edwinstowe. It has a stunning balearic cocktail bar garden with built in cinema screen and movie projector to enjoy your favourite movies under the stars next to the log burner. A stylish main double bedroom, a smaller double bedroom, designer bathroom, designer office space, front room with TV streaming, kitchen and a beautiful oak planter designed Al fresco patio. Minutes walk from Sherwood Forest. The space With minutes walk from the stunning Sherwood Forest nature reserve and access to picturesque countryside, rivers, lakes, historical buildings, stately homes, castles, abby's, gothic cathedrals and attractions such as Go-Ape, music festivals, Robin Hood visitor centre, quad biking, paint balling, golf, go carting and Centre Parcs, our home also comes with: A stunning Balearic Cocktail Bar and Cinema Garden Our space is modern and very comfortable with all mod cons like the latest Apple TV with free Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify and wifi speakers for streaming your favourite music. There is also a beautiful balearic cocktail bar with fire pit and evening garden illumination with a built in cinema screen in the garden and a movie projector to use which is wonderful to watch your favourite Netflix and Amazon movies outside whilst having a cocktail next to the log burner. The balearic cocktail bar and cinema garden also has the very latest 'Phillips Hue' lighting system so you can choose an infinite number of ambient and atmospheric colour settings ranging from colourful Tokyo and Soho to beautiful and peaceful Night Sky, Frozen Lake and Tropical Sunset. These are just a few examples of the Phillips Hue outdoor lighting system as it literally has an infinite amount of colour options to set the scene from a cosy cinema night with the family, to a relaxing cocktail and glass of wine with friends or just the two of you. Two Double Bedrooms With Cinema Projector and I Pad We have two double bedrooms. The first is a stylish main bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and 3 mile views over the fields and canopy of the legendary Sherwood Forest nature reserve. The window and 3 mile view is beautifully framed by the latest style colonial shutter blinds and the room comes with its very own, ceiling mounted movie projector and hidden surround sound so you can watch your favourite movies in cinema standard while relaxing in your bedroom. The second is a smaller double bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes along with a wall mounted I pad with Sky, Netflix, Amazon and You Tube for you and the kids to watch there favourite fun content before resting to sleep. Designer Oak Planter, Spanish Tiled, Al Freso Patio. At the front there is also a beautifully designed oak planter, Al Fresco patio wth lovely Spanish tiles, all superbly bordered with flowers and hanging baskets. Perfect for breakfasts to start the day and evening glasses of wine. Designer Bathroom Suite We also have a brand new designer bathroom suite recently modelled with imported Spanish tiles complimented with a modern bathroom spec. Lounge In the lounge the view of the Oak planter Al Fresco patio is framed with beautiful colonial shutter blinds. The lounge also comes with a widescreen tv with all streaming facilities, high speed wifi throughout the house, two sofas (one is a double sofa bed. The house accommodates up to 6 people ) and a lovely modern coffee table. Kitchen The kitchen comes with fitted appliances throughout such as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, DAB radio, oven and gas stove, toaster, kettle, full set of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cleaning products, cafetiere and plenty cupboard space along with a lovely modern dining table and chairs all over looking the balearic cocktail garden bar. Washer and Dryer is also available. Designer Work Space For guests needing to work from home while away I have a beautifully designed ambient office space available with two 27" monitors, a keyboard, mouse and mat, lap top mount and two apple speakers with Siri activation along with a super fast wifi broadband speed of 35mbps. (please ask in advance to use the office space) Sherwood Forest Nature Reserve Minutes Walk - Walks, Trails, Cycle Paths To compliment the beautiful Hidden Gem house in Sherwood Forest, were blessed to have a national bike/walking path that starts at the very foot of our house and goes deep into the stunning Sherwood Forest nature reserve with access to picturesque countryside, rivers, lakes, historical buildings, stately homes, castles, abby's and wildlife. To help guests enjoy this we have two good mountain bikes to rent out for £27.50 per bike, per day, so all my guests have the opportunity to see this stunning nature reserve in all of its glory. Please let us know if you are interested in the additional mountain bike hire and we will prepare the bikes for you. Highly recommended!! Guest access All guests have a key safe facility with a personal number I create for each guest which makes the check in very easy. Were mostly there to go through everything with our guests and explain the area on arrival, the house and its facilities, how to use them and how to make the most of them. I'm happy to give my guests a drive around to show them their options to enjoy while staying in the Sherwood Forest Nature Reserve and more than happy to advise on all the lovely/secret beautiful places, walks, nature spots and forest trails in the countryside and forest we have discovered while living in the area, Other things to note There is always coffee with a coffee filter/cafeteria to use and tea for refreshments, free WiFi (password behind the router) and towels provided. Also I supply things for guests incase they forget them such as olive oil, rice, salt pepper, sometimes breakfast cereal. In the bathroom I also supply shower gel and shampoo/soap in case guests forget theirs. Anything else in the bathroom is available to use if you need to. For an amazing view and experience of the Sherwood Forest nature reserve I have two mountain bikes that I rent for £27.50 per day and I'm very happy to give you all my local knowledge of all the tracks to rivers, lakes, cathedrals, stately homes, castles, abby's and breathtaking countryside inside the forest. All of which are accessible on bike. Definitely the best way to see the forest, the village and explore the area at large. You also have Netflix, and other apps for entertainment to use on my latest Apple TV player. The outdoor projector and the bedroom ceiling mounted projector also has these facilities. The balearic cocktail bar and garden has evening lights with an infinite amount of colour settings and scenes to choose from and is wonderful to spend time out under the stars at night. It has an in built cinema screen where you can use my user friendly movie projector to enjoy all your favourite Netflix and Amazon movies. All while enjoying a cocktail next to a lovely fire pit under the stars. All the padding for the seating can be found in the garden storage behind the cinema screen to the left. To the front there is a lovely oak planter designed Spanish tiled al fresco seating patio with flowered borders and hanging baskets. perfect for breakfasts to start the day.
