Apartment on a Baroque estate in the Uckermark

Stylish, newly renovated apartment for two on the Neuensund Estate, a Baroque manor complex in the Szczecin Lagoon Nature Park on the northernmost tip of the Uckermark. Large room with four-poster bed, tiled stove, sitting area, conservatory, bathroom and kitchenette. Private entrance, garden with barbecue & fire pit. Lake for swimming within walking distance. The estate includes a romantic Lenné park, a riding school, plenty of space, tranquillity and nature. There is an outdoor sauna on the premises. Dogs are welcome. Free parking in the courtyard. The space In our apartment for two, you will find a cosy four-poster bed (160 cm wide). In addition to bed linen, we also provide towels. During the colder months, the apartment is heated by a tiled stove, which provides cosy warmth. We will pre-heat the apartment for you and give you an on-site briefing on the stove. Wood is available free of charge. Once the stove is hot, it will give off heat for 12 hours without the need to add fuel. No prior knowledge is required. In the kitchen, you will find a fridge, two hotplates, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, a sink, vinegar/oil and a few spices, as well as a basic set of cooking utensils. In the conservatory, you have a lovely view of the countryside and the old church. Additional accommodation can be rented on the estate. Group accommodation for up to 21 people, glamping tents in the park, and an events room in our old granary for functions. The 8-hectare estate offers plenty of space and various spots for exploring, reading or sitting. In addition, the Gust estate includes a private equestrian centre with a 20 x 40 m indoor riding arena and a beautiful, extensive riding area extending from the farm. Guests can stable their own horses with us. Dogs may be brought onto the premises, but must be kept on a lead while on the site. Neuensund is located in the Stettiner Haff Nature Park in the Brohmer Mountains and within the Galenbecker See European bird sanctuary. There is plenty of untamed nature to discover here, as well as fantastic hiking trails. Neuensund also has a beautiful, large, clear bathing lake with a jetty and a lawn for sitting, surrounded by woodland. This is located 1 km from the estate. The Szczecin Lagoon and the beautiful lagoon town of Ueckermünde can be reached in 30 minutes, the island of Usedom in 45 minutes, and Szczecin in Poland in 60 minutes by car. Neuensund can be reached from Berlin by car in 1.5 hours. By train from Berlin to Jatznick (Regio) or by ICE (Pasewalk). From there, we offer a shuttle service on request.
