BEST location EVER: Roma / Reforma!

Definitely the best location to explore the city, just a 2 minute walk from Reforma Av. (the most important and beautiful of the country) and Roma neighborhood. If you have any questions, you can always ask me and I will be happy to help you. The apt. includes everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay in Mexico. This is not a luxury building and does not have amenities, it is quite antique and that is why the price is cheap despite the spectacular zone The space The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a single sofa-bed. The flat features wooden floors, a fully-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Guest access The apartment includes Free WiFi and a ROKU account, with thousands of movies, TV series and documentaries ready to enjoy. The apartment's phone can be used to make unlimited calls to cell phones or long distance numbers without extra cost. Other things to note The apartment is located inside an antique building dating back to the sixties and most of the place still keeps its original conditions. The building and zone are very safe and the neighbors are friendly (most of them have lived here the last 40 years). The apartment don't have much natural light, however, it is properly iluminated by low-power-consumption LED's that don't increase the temperature and are friendly with the environment. There is a water pump that gets turned on 5 or 6 times a day ensuring the water service, please note that the sound of the pump when it is working can be clearly heard inside the apartment. For most of the guests that I have received, it have been easy to get used to this sound but it is important to consider it. In the general rules of this listing, it is mentioned that check-in must be made before 21:00hrs, but actually, we can make check-ins at any time (even at midnight or in the extreme early morning of the next day), however, check-ins after 21:00hrs have an extra charge of 26 USD, while check-ins before 21:00hrs don´t have any cost at all.
