New open plan cabin. Quite location within a private family garden with amazing views over the fields. The cabin has an open plan layout with comfy sofa, tv ,projector and ethanol fire. Kitchen area including kettle , fridge, toaster ,microwave and coffee maker. Open plan double bedroom can also accommodate single camp bed. Bathroom has sink and toilet no shower or bath The cabin is located in Killamarsh near to peak district, rother valley and gullivers valley, country pub across the road. The space This cosy cabin is a brand new purpose built cabin to welcome guests. The cabin has a modern open plan layout with kitchen, living room , bedroom and a bathroom area. Kitchen area consists of Microwave oven, coffee marker, kettle, toaster and Mini fridge. Living room has a large sofa, TV (Inc Netflix etc.) a movie projector and bioethanol fire for those cosy evenings in. Bedroom area includes a double bed and a pull out camp bed (for children) can by provided upon request. Bathroom includes a toilet and sink, with towels ,hand wash and toilet paper. Please Note the bathroom has no shower or bath. All this is set within a private family garden , which is fully secure for Dogs and children. We have our own family dog who uses the garden so please ensure all furry friends are comfortable with other dogs. Guests and furry friends are welcome to use the family garden and all garden furniture. If needed a laundry service can be provided. Please ask. Parking is available on driveway of main house , which is gated and well lit at night. WiFi provided from a booster so no buffering or loss of connection. Please Note: the cabin has steps up to it from the garden so wouldn't be disable friendly, sorry! Guest access Guests have all the use of the private cabin and are welcome to use the family garden and secure parking on driveway. Other things to note ******There is a shower being fitted and will be in use from 18th September 2026******
