Bright, quiet room with en-suite in leafy Bristol

The size and view from our bright airy attic room are the first things that will impress you. Its modern en-suite adds to the quiet privacy. Bell Barn road is a 5 minute drive to the Downs and has easy, quick train and bus connections to Bristol city center. There are pubs, restaurants and convenient stores at the end of the road. The room comes with a television, small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, bistro set and fast WiFi. Off road parking available on request. The space The most striking thing about our room is the view you get from the juliet balcony. I recommend taking time to just sit in bed and watch the colour of the sky change at sunrise and sunset. If the wind is blowing in the right direction, standing at the juliet balcony watching a storm is exhilarating. The house kitchen is spacious and has huge windows that allow nosey observance of the quiet road and its occasional pedestrian while you wash up. Well tended front and back gardens add to the homely feel. Guest access There is a key safe by the front door. Night access is illuminated by security lights Let yourself in with the key code. Walk up the stairs to the top of the house where you'll find the work space and the door to the room. The room has a door key for your use. Please leave the room key in the door and the house key in the key safe when you leave. During your stay Lodgers live in the house. Depending on the time of day, you may meet someone in the kitchen preparing food. They would be aware of your visit and probably welcome you with a big smile. Please make your way to your room when you are ready. Other things to note We welcome pets. There is a small pomeranian living in the back room. His fathers will hear him announce your arrival. Don't worry, he's all bark but, nevertheless, his fathers will keep him in his room.
