Guest access The entire villa and all outdoor areas are exclusively available to our guests. You will have private access to: • The heated indoor pool • The spacious living and dining area • The fully equipped kitchen • All 4 bedrooms • The bathrooms • The private garden of approximately 1,000 m² • The terrace • The outdoor kitchen • The barbecue area • Private parking No areas are shared with other guests. You will enjoy exclusive use of the entire property throughout your stay. Other things to note Local tourist tax: €4.50 per night and per guest aged 18 or over. This tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the following conditions. ## Indoor Pool The indoor pool is used entirely at the guests' own risk. * No lifeguard is present. * Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. * Running around the pool is prohibited. * Diving is prohibited. * Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with swimming, including slipping, falling, injury, or drowning. ## Stairs and Multiple Levels The villa is spread over several levels connected by staircases. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of any children in their care. ## Electrical Equipment Guests agree to use all electrical equipment in a safe and proper manner. Any inappropriate use, tampering, or misuse of electrical installations and appliances is strictly prohibited. ## Outdoor Kitchen and Barbecue The barbecue and outdoor cooking facilities are used entirely at the guests' own risk. Guests must observe basic fire safety precautions and must never leave a fire or cooking equipment unattended. ## Garden and Outdoor Areas Outdoor surfaces may be uneven or slippery depending on weather conditions. Guests are expected to exercise caution at all times. ## Guest Responsibility Each guest is responsible for their own actions, personal safety, and the safety of those accompanying them. The property owner shall not be held liable for accidents resulting from: * Failure to follow safety instructions; * Insufficient supervision of children; * Improper use of the property's facilities or equipment; * Negligent, reckless, or dangerous behavior.
