Sofabed (with padded topper) ONLY if 3 ppl. 2 people share a queen or $20 extra for sofabed too. We have son at other end of shared house. Guests are always respectful and quiet after 10 PM. We have 2 cats The space Our house is 7 miles away from epic skiing and snowboarding at the year round Tamarack Ski Resort with that famous "white smoke" powder. Enjoy a relaxing time in the Jacuzzi after a day on the mountain! Also the great Gold Fork Hot Springs is only 7 miles away! We are also just 12 miles away from McCall, Idaho for nightlife. And we are on the north end of Cascade lake. You will enjoy a remote quiet stay in Donnelly, Idaho where the population is just 120 people!!! Enjoy winter ice fishing, famous hot springs nearby and snowmobiling! Buy your groceries on the way up and make a nice home cooked meal! Or eat out at one of the small town local restaurants. We love giving recommendations for things to do and places to go. We have a very clean comfortable house. As of 2021 we have been doing Airbnb for 6 years and strive to get a 5 star rating. We love entertaining guests from all over the world and many cultural and ethnic backgrounds. You will feel comfortable at our house even though we are in a remote area of Idaho. Added amenities include bathrobes provided, extra toiletries, energy bars for hiking/snowboarding, a couple continental breakfast items in room, filtered water, private coffeemaker and hot water kettle in room. We even have a weight bench and spin bike you can use in the garage! Enjoy coffee on the back patio facing the morning sun with fresh summer flower baskets and bird feeders and hummingbird feeders. When guests come we try to stay in our bedroom and the private room above the garage so you feel more comfortable. We welcome all feedback that will help us improve our service level. Guest access You get to use your bedroom at one end of the house and we are at the other end. Also your bathroom is next to your bedroom. You can also use the dining room, family room and kitchen. And of course the Jacuzzi!! Please do NOT enter the master bedroom office, or go upstairs into our son's room. Guest room has a key lock on the door. And you will have a code to get in front door. During your stay We aim to make guests as comfortable and welcomed as possible! It's your retreat! We love helping people get familiar with the area and providing advice for local activities. We also give you your space to relax and enjoy. You heat your own water for oatmeal and tea and make your own coffee. If you arrive late at night we will provide directions so you can enter and find your way to your room. We do have two cats but we keep them out of the guest bedroom. Other things to note Please park in the visitor parking across the street from our house, next to the park. In the summer some people have a boat. The visitors parking is not set up to hold a truck and boat/trailer and there is no parking on the street. If you let us know in advance we will remove our cars from our longer driveway and you can park there just fine. In the winter it is a colder destination with snow and ice. Please come prepared. We have an air purifier and ask guests to take off their shoes while in the house to keep it cleaner. Our house is heated by Wood Stove in the winter so the bedroom stays cool. We have a space heater in the room if it gets too cold for you. As well as robes!
