Country House

My house is peaceful and offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Nestled in the heart of a charming, quiet little village, you can enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by fields, dine al fresco in the cool air under the shelter, or enjoy an aperitif in front of the wood-burning stove… For hiking enthusiasts, there are 2 short hikes starting from the house, or more substantial hikes in the heart of the Couserans mountains. 1 hour from Toulouse, 1 hour from Foix, 1 hour from Guzet, 30 minutes from St. Girons... The space I have renovated the barn adjoining the house, so it is another accommodation where I can live when the house is rented out; access is via the garage, so it is independent. I rent my house when the weather is nice, during the holidays, because I'm often out and about. So the house is not empty; my small belongings are there, but I can make room if needed. There is parking available under a covered area. A 6th person can sleep on the sofa, as it is a real 90-cm (35-in) bed with a box spring. Please note that the bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, but there are 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. If you want to be a larger group, you also have the option to rent the adjoining property, which is a converted barn with a shower, kitchen, and dry toilet. Please let me know in that case. Guest access All the rooms in the house are at your disposal. We share the entrance through the gate and the parking spaces. I enter my small townhouse through the shared garage. Other things to note The house is fenced; dogs are welcome. I have a cat who lives here and has his own routine. He stays at home when I rent the place, but he doesn't usually cause any trouble because he's always outside and can come in through the cat flap. I usually ask that you give him kibble and keep an eye on the water... Mind you, there is no TV :)
