Perched on its rocky spur, Montmoyen is a small village of one hundred inhabitants located in the heart of the National Forest Park. The house is perched on a cliff overlooking the Château park and its river, and you can see the well-maintained tennis court. Our beautiful 17th century rustic house, completely renovated in 2003, has a private flower garden of 500 square meters with ping-pong, deckchairs, barbecue and garden games. Perched on a cliff overlooking the castle park, you can see in the middle of this park the maintained tennis court available to tenants. The park and tennis court are a 10-minute walk from the house, passing through the village street. Tenants can go to the tennis court and can also enjoy the park and the river around the tennis court. The house, accessible from the village square, is surrounded by greenery. It has on the ground floor two large living and dining rooms with their beautiful period fireplaces. Then on two floors are the 4 bedrooms with 2 beds per bedroom. 2 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. For the other 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor, there is on the same landing 1 toilet as well as a 1 bathroom with bathtub, there is also 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The house has a total of 6 single beds and 1 double bed. The 6 single beds can be put together to form 3 double beds. The second floor is a suite: bedroom-bathroom-dressing room.
