If you are in the area to attend a wedding or just looking to relax, this property offers all you need to enjoy your stay. The space The cottage sits on a one acre lot with mature trees. It has a southeasterly exposure allowing you to enjoy the sunrise, if you’re not sleeping in. The private beach across the road has a boat ramp and dock which can accommodate small boats or jet skis. There is a fire pit on the beach and wood for fires at the cottage. Guests must follow the provincial fire ban index through Government of NB. Guest access Guests have private use of the whole cottage and property, including the beach, dock and boat ramp across the road. Other things to note Situated between Hatfield Point and Kars, the cottage is less than 5km from Bates Barn and just over 7 km to the Belleisle Community Center, if you happen to be attending a wedding or other event at one of these lovely venues.
