Stunning Country House with Hot Tub and Sauna.

Strathlachlan Lodge is a rustic luxury country house nestled into the hills on the east side of Loch Fyne. The hillside location is very peaceful and tranquil, but only 1.5 hours from Glasgow, so city amenities are not far away. The original building is over 300 yrs old and has been sympathetically upgraded over the years we have owned it. The latest addition to the house is our private Spa area with Hot Tub, Sauna, Indoor & Outdoor Showers and relaxation spaces. The space The house is very well appointed with quality fixtures, furnishings and decoration. The living room has direct access to the main terrace with outdoor sofas and dining table, benefitting from the sun all afternoon and evening. The living room also has a stunning log burner, smart TV, Sonos, and connects to the Kitchen/dining room. The Kitchen and dining area are well appointed and comfortably hosts 6 guests. There is also a south-east facing terrace from the Kitchen for enjoying an al-fresco breakfast or morning coffee. The Master bedroom is generous in size and has wonderful woodland views directly from bed. The second bedroom is also generous and has views of the garden. The snug with separate TV is ideal for kids/teenagers to have their own space, and the third bedroom is accessed via staircase from this space. Two washrooms complete the house, one with a bath & shower, and the other with a shower only. The water system is high pressure making for a great bathing experience. In 2021 we added a spa area which has genuine Finnish sauna. There are indoor and outdoor showers, spacious changing area, hot tub, sauna and relaxation areas. The gardens are generous, both front and back, and there is private parking for 3 cars. Argyle is one of the most picturesque parts of Scotland and a hidden gem off the usual tourist trail . Strathlachlan is an area of incredible natural beauty which is quiet during the day and silent at night. Dark night skies & clean air provide a healthy and refreshing escape from modern life. Guest access Guests have full private use of the house, spa and grounds.
