Our 1 bed Annex with parking & stunning views is only few minutes walk to The Welby Arms, Allington Community Woods, Playground & Playing Fields. Whilst perfectly located for Allington Manor Guests, Arena UK Equine Events, Belvoir Castle & Belton House National Trust (to name a few!) Convenient for Grantham Train Station - approx 1hr into Kings Cross & within 30 miles of Lincoln, Newark, Rutland & Nottingham. Likewise, the Sofabed is located in the living area and some windows do not have blinds. Keybox if needed for check in Other things to note Please be aware that we cannot manage Caravans, Motorhomes or Horseboxes on the drive. Due to allergies of guests, we do not allow Pets in the Annex. The Annex is not suitable for small children or babies due to the Living Area being an open space with an unguarded Staircase. I'd suggest children over the age of 4 only - but please use your own discretion in whether your child is safe to be near an open staircase, even if older, if you are unsure, please message me to discuss further. There is limited head space in parts of the Annex due to the eves, please be aware that at times, you will need to 'mind your head'. Gentle reminder signs are in the areas you'd need to be aware of, particularly if 6.1" or taller. The bathroom is located off the main bedroom, so, if using the sofabed, please understand the guest will need to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom.
