Peace–Nature–Relaxation on the Island of Ilovik

Relax, spend time with family, or discover the beauty of nature – the car-free island of Ilovik, also known as the Island of Flowers, is perfect for all of this. The small village of Ilovik, with about 90 residents, offers four restaurants and a small grocery store – no shopping, no bars. Together with the uninhabited island of Sveti Petar, it forms a sheltered and highly popular overnight stop for sailing and motor yachts heading south. The space The spacious apartment is located on the upper floor of a traditional stone house in the heart of the village of Ilovik, just about 50 meters from the sea. The peace and tranquility of the 800 m² garden, which blooms all year round, is immediately noticeable, accompanied only by the sound of birds singing. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a large loft-style living area with an additional double bed, an open-plan kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. From this home, you can explore the island’s unspoiled nature via a variety of small hiking trails. Old military ruins and tunnel complexes are reminders of the island’s former strategic military importance. Around the 4 km-long island, numerous hidden rocky coves and expansive sandy bays can be reached on foot or by boat. A true highlight is the sunset overlooking the small bay of Nozdre, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can hike to the large sandy beach of Parzine, where you can enjoy the shallow waters and treat yourself to a refreshing drink or an ice cream at a charming beach bar. Guest access Upon your arrival in Ilovik, Maja will meet you at the house and explain everything you need for a relaxing stay.
