Seperate & private own bathroom 3 bedrooms

Great overnighter for work crew 3 bedrooms available 2 queen rooms & 1 with 2 single 1 bathroom separate toilet (not shared) This unit is connected to main house but locked off and completely separate for privacy. Just basic accommodation but super clean bed and bathroom with all linen provided No cooking facilities or fridge,just kettle & toaster provided & supplies of tea, coffee, bread & homemade farm jams to make morning coffee & toast Plenty of off street parking for large vehicles. The space I have operated accommodation for over 18 years and with a lack of accommodation in the area , I have a large portion of my farm house that I thought I would make available for those in need it is perfect for crews working in the area or someone needing a place on a budget for a short time,as there are no cooking facilities, you will need to eat out at one of the local pubs Yinnar or Boolara , I’m happy to provide cereal and toast for breakfast and your tea and coffee :) The views are stunning and it is extremely peaceful and quiet. The price is per bedroom so if you are booking for a couple sleeping in 1 room just put 1 person as this will give a lower rate , if you require 2 or 3 bedrooms put either 2 or 3 Wifi is available During your stay Will meet you or leave a key
