We offer - 4star category Full comfort and peace, domestic atmosphere, absolute discretion and additional services – if required: laundry washing, daily cleaning, small pet’s supervision, car rental, etc. Brand new, luxury, 2-room apartment IVANA is meant for business and/or pleasure guests visiting Belgrade for a shorter period of time. It can accomodate up to 4 guests, maximum. Apartment is situated in the prestigious, modern part of New Belgrade called Belville, close to most of foreign and local businesses, nearby Sava River bank, famous for its nightlife on float restaurants & discotheques as well as in the immediate vicinity of the biggest shopping mall in this region -“Delta City”. Belgrade International Airport is only about 10 minute by car. Apartment is very well linked with downtown, Intercity Bus and Railway stations by several City public transport lines (taxi/buses/trams). Apartment IVANA consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, balcony and a bathroom. It is furnished with cozy and modern furniture, and equipped with, central heating, Air-conditioning, LCD TV, cable TV, wireless internet, and fully equipped kitchen. Apartment has its own, well protected parking lot. Subject to previous arrangement, guests could be met/seen off at the airport, Railway/Bus station. House rules: Check-in time is from 14:00. We strongly recommend that Guest informs us about the exact arrival time at least one day before in order to avoid unnecessary waiting. IMPORTANT: Clients will be accommodated till late at night, and WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE, subject to timely notice given to the Lessor. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the last day. Check out after 12 implies paying for that day if not differently agreed upon. In case of late check-out, Guest needs to inform the Host at least 24 hours in advance. Before leaving the apartment Guests are obliged to allow the Host to inspect in their presence all rooms and apartment appliances for any damages or missing stuff. If any damage or incident has occurred Guests are obligated to pay for repairs/replace. - Silent hours: Monday - Friday 10 pm to 9 am, and 02 to 05pm - Saturday - Sunday 12 midnight to 10 am - Respect the noise level when in the staircase/elevator. - Turn off the air-conditioning, TV, lights etc., when leaving the apartment.
