Lakeside leisure cottage

Our recreational chalet is located on the edge of a public pond with a water sports center open from June to August: beach, snack bar, paddle board, pedal boat, kayak and inflatable structure on the water await you! The accommodation is located on our 1.6-hectare private property. Part of the property (approx. 1000 m²) is private to the chalet. The accommodation is equipped with DRY TOILETS. We live there with a donkey, a Shetland pony, dwarf goats, a dog, chickens and cats... a small menagerie that will appeal to children :-)! The space The cottage is an entire 35 m² accommodation + 15 m² terrace with a 1000 m² private plot. It consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 140-cm (55-inch) double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 80-cm (31.5-inch) single bed and 1 90-cm (35.5-inch) single bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 90-cm (35.5-inch) single bed. The accommodation is equipped with DRY TOILETS. We will take care of preparing them and emptying them upon your departure. Linens and towels are not provided. The property must be left clean and tidy when you check out. Guest access Access through a shared gate with the owners. The entrance to the accommodation is independent. Other things to note The chalet is close to a greenway and less than 2 km from all amenities (pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, Super U, optician, doctors...). The town of Pouancé, a former medieval city, is served by a 2 X 2 lane road connecting Angers (45 min) and Rennes (45 min), 1 hour from Nantes and Laval.
