Spacious farmhouse with pool in Sannat, Gozo

250 year old house of character which was converted to high specifications, blending the modern with the old characteristics of the original house. The property is situated in the tranquil small village of Sannat. All necessary amenities like a mini market, bus stop and a superb restaurant are only a stone's throw away. My place is also within 5 minutes walking distance from Ta' Ċenċ cliffs where one can enjoy relaxing walks and experience picturesque views of the countryside. The space The house has been tastefully converted but while including all the modern luxuries, we have retained all the original features like patterned tiles, arched ceiling, wooden beams and stone staircase. Air-conditioners are installed in all the bedrooms, in the living room as well as in the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and smoke detector. A washing machine can be found on the first floor. One bedroom is on ground floor level and has separate access from the street, thus making it wheelchair accessible. Another two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. All three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom/shower room for the comfort and privacy of our guests. On the roof there is a roof garden equipped with deck chairs and from there one can enjoy distant country views as well as views of the Cittadella (old fortified city). Guest access A bus stop, servicing all the island, is situated a few meters up the road from the property. A mini market can be found a few meters down the road, and the village square, where one can chill in a bar or grab a bite, is only 5 minutes walk away. There is a restaurant within 2 minutes walking distance from the house. Other things to note A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Electricity, water consumption and unlimited WiFi are included in the price. The air conditioners are operated by means of a coin meter.
