Ideal place to meet family or friends The space Large house with beautiful quality services with 16 to 24 adult beds + 2 baby beds composed of: - On the ground floor: an entrance, a spacious living room of 70 m2 with fireplace, two sofas, one of which is convertible (sleeps 2), large screen TV, DVD player, sound bar, a library area, a dining room with 2 tables for 14 people. A fully equipped modern kitchen (induction stove, American fridge, microwave, 2 coffee machines (classic for American coffee – Senseo), toaster, kettle, juicer, grill, raclette machine, mixer, food processor, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, clothes drying rack, etc. The living room and kitchen open onto a shaded terrace equipped with a 12 m2 parasol, 4-burner gas grill for 18 to 24 people, 2 outdoor tables for 10 people and furniture (living room and chairs) Access to the enclosed and wooded garden allowing pets to be left free and including children's play equipment (swing, ping pong table) On the first floor: 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, a shower room and hallway. • - A bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed and bathroom • - Two bedrooms with a 160 cm wide bed • - A bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed • - 2 baby beds of 120 x 0.60 cm (a crib and a travel cot) A 25 m2 veranda converted into a children's playroom.
