Small cottage outside Hunnebostrand

Small charming house from 1909. In the ground floor there is a hall, kitchen with wood stove, a living room and a bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there are earth cellars, a cabin with a fireplace and a toilet with a shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes to the south, has a stream and a pond, beautifully situated in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The exercise track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1,5 km. The space The property is a spillra of a once large farm - Bögebacka. The name probably comes from the time the farm Bohuslän was Danish and the beech forest that was then here. The farm has been passed down through generations in direct descending line since the end of the 17th century, probably longer. My grandmother's brother tells about how they cultivated the land, fished in the creek, and how the big family lived poorly on assets, but rich in life. My father lived with his five siblings in what today became a bathroom, while my grandfather and father lived upstairs. The wood storage room is emptied and the laundry pot has been replaced with a small fireplace. The space has become a small living area where we often sing and play with family and friends. In the house there are several instruments, guitar, bass and accordion, flutes and more, free to use for those who wish - a tradition that good on for generations. Guest access The entire property and all buildings are available to the guests except the tool and machine storage. Use free wardrobes, beds, linens, kitchen and laundry room, pantry and wood stoves. Fill out the storage room with what you consume. Other things to note I, relatives and neighbors keep an eye on the property from time to time to see that the property is in order, partly the buildings, but above all the forest around, so don't be terrified if someone comes by.
