Vaping & Smoking restricted to outside rear garden. This room has become available due to work relocation purposes. The landlord: I have 15+ years experience of hosting lodgers in this house and I have 5+ years experience of being a lodger myself during my student years and I understand what works and does not work in a shared house. I operate a policy of transparency when seeking a lodger to ensure this house share is suitable for all parties.
