The house is ideal for family vacations during not only the summer period but also for winter vacations, with capacity of 6-8 persons. Our house is almost on the top of the heal with a breath taking view, only 2’ by car from private beach. Maximum in 5’ somebody could visit the local beach bars like, Kavos, Marmara & Koxili. The place has parking area for 3 cars, big garden, BBQ & wood burning oven, an ideal choice for BBQ nights! In this house you have privacy and…no neighbors! Karystos is only 1 ½ hour far away from the Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. In Karystos you have the opportunity to do a lot of activities like: walking/trekking, climbing, scuba diving, visits of archeological areas and caves. Guest access You can find BBQ and traditional pizza oven, where you can grill and cook. You'll find free charcoals and woods for your first BBQ. The entrance in the warehouses is forbidden. There is a grill and a wood oven. Wood and charcoal are available for free for your first baking. There are 2 warehouses where access is not allowed. In case of emergency access is made by the manager. Other things to note Tap water is not drinkable, suitable only for home use and gardening needs. The needs of the home and garden are covered by a tank filled with Karystos water. Water is not drinkable. It is only used for the needs of the house(laundry, bathroom, dishes, etc.) and the garden.
