Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. No Smoking: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Stays over 10 nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee (equal to cleaning fee). If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
