Nearby are shops, bars, restaurants, and a shopping promenade The space The apartment faces south and is very bright and warm. It is located in a 1970s apartment building on the 3rd floor. However, the staircase is not renovated and there is no elevator. I like the Zero Waste philosophy. You'll find refurbished rather than new furniture and appliances at my place. Other things to note I offer affordable accommodation for several reasons: - there is no Wi-Fi or cable TV in the apartment, - it is located on the 2nd floor, but the ground floor is high, so it is like the 3rd floor, - the staircase has not been renovated and there is no elevator, - the apartment itself has been refreshed, but it is not new; the building is from the 1970s; the furniture is also not new;
