Pipito is an elegant cabin located within Majaz, an exclusive Airbnb with privileged views of the Blue Lagoon. The space Important information before booking Majaz is located in a privileged environment, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views of the Blue Lagoon, in the middle of the Peruvian Amazon. We want you to enjoy your stay with clear expectations, so we share some local features: • Amazonian nature: Finding us in the middle of the jungle, the occasional presence of insects, amphibians and other small wild animals is normal. We carry out regular organic fumigation and maintain cleaning and prevention measures; however, as this is a natural environment, it's not possible to guarantee their total absence. • Utilities: Temporary power outages or water service interruptions may occur in Sauce, especially during heavy rains. These situations depend on local utilities and are beyond our control. We have a reserve tank to minimize inconvenience when possible. • Air conditioning: We currently do not have A/C. Thanks to the weather of Sauce, especially during the evenings and nights, the temperature is usually pleasant. All rooms have a fan for added comfort. • Hot water: We have hot water. The warm weather of the area makes the showers with fresh water, for most of our guests, a pleasant and refreshing experience. • Access to the accommodation: From the main square of Sauce you reach Majaz in approximately 10 minutes walking a path affirmed with slope. It is also possible to access by mototaxi or car. We offer shuttle service between the plaza and the accommodation (both ways) for an additional cost of S/ 5 per trip. Majaz is designed for those who want to disconnect, rest and live an authentic experience in the Amazonian nature. If you are looking for an urban accommodation with totally stable amenities and all the comforts of a city hotel, this may not be the best choice. If, on the contrary, you want to enjoy the tranquility, the pool, the views of the Blue Lagoon and the magic of the Peruvian jungle, we will be happy to welcome you. We're in an opening phase. We prioritise peace of mind, the view of the Blue Lagoon and the pool. We'll soon be adding air conditioning, a breakfast service, drinks and meals.
