Studio in a historic setting

Welcome to your private studio in Pfungen. The accommodation offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay: a comfortable bed, a small sitting area, a practical work area (pull-out table) and a well-equipped kitchen. The separate entrance provides maximum privacy and is accessed via a meadow path or through the host's house entrance on the street side. Ideal for: business travelers, stopovers, quiet stays, Couples. The space If you have any questions or need help during your stay, you can reach me by phone at any time. I live in the same house – you can also just ring the bell. Guest access Shared: - If access is not via the meadow path, you can walk through the ground floor of the host's house. - Patio - Washing machine in the host's home - Parking in front of the garage or on the street Other things to note There is a train line nearby (train station a 12-minute walk away). The train runs every half hour and does not cause any noise. The windows are high-quality and soundproofed. The ventilation can be switched on when the windows are closed. There is a heat pump (HP) in the room, which "purrs" a few times during the cold season.
