Majaz. Cabins with a pool and views of Laguna Azul

Description

Discover a haven between the Amazon rainforest and the Blue Lagoon. In Majaz, you'll wake up to the sound of birds singing, enjoy unforgettable sunsets and a swimming pool surrounded by nature. With just two private cabins, we offer an intimate, peaceful and personalised experience, just ten minutes from Plaza de Armas and Laguna Azul. As you're in the middle of the jungle, it's normal to come across insects and, occasionally, there may be temporary power or water cuts due to the local weather. The space Important information before booking Majaz is located in a privileged environment, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views of the Blue Lagoon, in the middle of the Peruvian Amazon. We want you to enjoy your stay with clear expectations, so we share some local features: • Amazonian nature: Finding us in the middle of the jungle, the occasional presence of insects, amphibians and other small wild animals is normal. We perform periodic organic fumigations and maintain cleaning and prevention measures; however, since it is a natural environment, it is not possible to guarantee their total absence. • Utilities: Temporary power outages or water service interruptions may occur in Sauce, especially during heavy rains. These situations depend on local utilities and are beyond our control. We have a reserve tank to minimize inconvenience when possible. • Air conditioning: We currently do not have A/C. Thanks to the weather of Sauce, especially during the evenings and nights, the temperature is usually pleasant. All rooms have a fan for added comfort. • Hot water: We have hot water. However, the warm climate of the area makes the cool water showers a pleasant and refreshing experience for most of our guests. • Access to the accommodation: From the main square of Sauce you reach Majaz in approximately 10 minutes walking a path affirmed with slope. It is also possible to access by mototaxi or car. We offer shuttle service between the plaza and the accommodation (both ways) for an additional cost of S/ 5 per trip. Majaz is designed for those who want to disconnect, rest and live an authentic experience in the Amazonian nature. If you are looking for an urban accommodation with totally stable amenities and all the comforts of a city hotel, this may not be the best choice. If, on the contrary, you want to enjoy the tranquility, the pool, the views of the Blue Lagoon and the magic of the Peruvian jungle, we will be happy to welcome you. We are in an opening phase. We prioritize tranquility, the view of the Blue Lagoon and the swimming pool. Guest access From the Sauce bus stops or any other point in the town, you can take a mototaxi and tell the driver that you're going to Jirón Aviador, just in front of the Hotel Mirador Lomas de Sauce del Señor Decio, as if you were going to the cemetery and the La Loma synthetic sports field. The bedroom level is easily accessible via a 20-step concrete staircase. Other things to note From Avenida Leticia, the main street in Sauce, you can walk there along a metalled track in about ten minutes. You need to be careful of the uneven floor. The fastest and safest way is to go by mototaxi.
