3-room apartment in a villa

Welcome to our 1950s villa in Vikingstad! There are two apartments here. We, as a family with 3 children, live on the ground floor and rent out the apartment on the upper floor. The apartment has 3 rooms with a kitchen and bathroom. Two bedrooms with room for 3-4 guests, living room with sofa and TV, and kitchen with basic equipment for cooking and self-catering. The laundry room is in the basement, and as a guest you will of course have access to our 1500 m2 garden. Close to Linköping (15 minutes by car, 7 minutes by commuter train). The space 3 rooms and a kitchen: Large bedroom: Double bed (160 cm) Smaller bedroom: 90 cm bed, armchair Kitchen: dining table for four people Living room: Larger sofa bed and TV Guest access As a guest, you are welcome to use the entire upper floor (3 rooms and kitchen), as well as the laundry room in the basement and the garden.
