The apartment is very central, only a 15-minute walk away. Directly across the road, we have the cosy Sankt Larsparken with one of Sweden's largest Nordic Wellness centres, covering a total of 4,700 m². 10 minutes further on, you will find the city park with a lovely café and a large bathhouse. There are good bus connections to both Malmö and Lund C. Cirkel K is a stone's throw away, and then we have Hemköp and Coop within a 10-minute bike ride. Please note that the interior ceiling height is 2 metres. The space The apartment underwent a full renovation in 2023 and is in very good condition. The kitchen is basically fully equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and kettle. There are also sets of plates, glasses, cutlery as well as other kitchen utensils for cooking.
