Les voisins de la campagne gîte (air-conditioned)

We offer a very nice gîte with exposed beams, totally new, in the wing of our house (apart from our home and with a separate entrance) located in a small village of Beauce not far from all amenities and surrounded by wheat fields. Nearby: Pithiviers: 12 km Malesherbes (RER D): 17 km Innov'agri Show: 15 km Étampes (RER D): 20 km Buthiers and climbing sites: 18 km Milly la forêt: 30 km Fontainebleau: 45 km Orléans: 50 km Paris: 70 km The space The accommodation consists of: A double bed 180/200, 3 single beds 90/200 and a baby bed available. Bathroom with Italian shower. (towels not provided - €2 each on request) In loft style upstairs. The installation of a door is impossible since it is on a slope. That said, privacy is perfectly preserved. A kitchen with kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, ceramic hob and microwave. Available for your stay: Coffee, sugar, tea. Air-conditioned accommodation Parking in front of the house or possibility to park your vehicle in our driveway with closed gate. A covered terrace in front of the accommodation is at your disposal with table and garden furniture. This one is next to the terrace of the other gîte as well as our accommodation. However, it remains very pleasant when the sun graces us with its presence. For sunny days, a barbecue is there just for you. No time or desire to shop? I offer breakfast baskets, charcuterie/cheese sharing boards and also barbecue trays. Please let me know if you're interested. For you ladies! Other things to note Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children. Presence of stairs, exposed beams, sloping bedroom.
