Charming country cottage walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva and beach. 2 Bedroom w/ galley kitchen. Kitchen currently only has an electric griddle and hot plate for frying pans. No stove or oven but equipped with utensils for simple meals and grill utensils. 2 queen beds and couch. Central heat & Air-conditioning. Private deck, propane grill and private yard with fire pit. All linens & 5 bath towels provided. Cable TV *Separate rental agreement with owner may be required. Other things to note Check out time: 11am but the Summer on weekly turnover, checkout is 10am NO PROM PARTIES
