Villa in Hovås - close to the sea in a quiet area

The house has an open floor plan on the ground floor where the kitchen, dining room and living room are all connected. Here you will also find a bedroom/office with a double bed. Also toilet with bath tub, sauna and utility room. Here you also reach the sunny terrace. Upstairs there is a TV room and there are 3 bedrooms of which one room has a double bed. There is also a toilet and shower upstairs. Wi-Fi r is available throughout the house. Parking for 2. The space The house's location is quiet and secluded. Surrounded by lovely nature with a wonderful terrace that takes advantage of most of the sun's hours. Here, there is the possibility for lots of play in swings, slide, sandbox and playhouse or ball sports on the lawn. There is also a boules court for adults! Guest access You have access to the entire house with the observation that we are not able to empty the house of all our private belongings such as clothes. But of course, we have made room in closets and other storage boxes. Other things to note Since we usually live in the house ourselves, our private belongings are there, which we see that you are careful with. Of course, we will make room for clothes and for food in the cupboards and fridge and freezer.
