A lovely family house in this very sought after location just up the hill from the exceptionally picturesque harbour village of St. Stefanos on the north east coast of Corfu. Situated in a large garden just off the road leading down to St. Stefanos and Avlaki, Cesar is an ideal family house for all ages. With the accommodation all on one ground level it works perfectly for the elderly, and small children, whilst teenagers will enjoy the larger than usual pool, table tennis and the fact that they can walk home from the village after an evening out. Attractively modernised inside with four bedrooms (one is a single) and three bathrooms, plus a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, the outside of the house follows the traditional style of Corfiot buildings with a shady veranda the length of the house. Several outside dining and sitting areas, as well as the gorgeous pool, additional children’s shallow pool, large paved terrace and lovely shaded arbour for dining by the pool area and close to the barbecue. The rear garden, laid to lawn provides a wonderful spot for sitting quietly and enjoying the view across the olive groves towards Kaparelli and the headland of Erimitis above Avlaki beach. We think this villa is a gem. The location gives you easy access by car to St. Stefanos, Avlaki Beach , the main coastal road to Kassiopi. It is only walkable to Aghios Stefanos for those of us that are quite fit (uphill all the way on the way home) but there is an excellent supermarket just over 1km from the house who will deliver if you don’t fancy carrying the shopping home.
