Nice ranch style home. Close to downtown Denver and the mountains. Please note that this is a private room. This room does include a closet, keypad entry, and all privacy needed for this space. The room also has a TV with complimentary Netflix. Bathrooms/living area/Kitchen/Backyard/Laundry room- are all shared spaces. 1 dog does live on this property, but he is kept out of your private space. Also, we do have other active rooms listings for this property on Airbnb. So you may see other guest. The space Central location with many shops/restaurants near you! Your home away from home. Denver offers an array of nature explorations- and of course, the mountainous overview everywhere you go! Your room is private to you and only you (1 additional guest and dog options available). Please keep in mind that this is not the only room that is rented on Airbnb for this property. So you may see other guests during your stay. Current Long term tenant is in and out between work and school- so this will help to avoid some clutter. So you may be staying with other guest during your stay. Room includes TV with free Netflix!!! A spacious closet, queen bed, dresser, end tables, end lights, and a keypad entry for your own personal use and privacy. We do and have allowed pets on the property. If you are allergic you are notified that we are not responsible for any allergic reaction. Guest access You will have access to your room and all it's contents with no access from other guest. Shared space will include everything outside of your room and the rooms of other tenants. I.e. Living room, kitchen, dining room, back/front yard, bathroom. During your stay I let you do your own thing. I’m mostly at work and you may see me around the house from time to time. You may run into other guest using the common areas. I am available by Airbnb message thread, as well as phone and text at ALL times throughout your stay. The goal is for you to enjoy your stay! Other things to note Dogs are allowed, HOWEVER: All dogs that are joining you for your stay MUST be brought to the attention of your host prior to your reservation being accepted. Failure to notify the host of pets will result in your booking to be canceled without a refund. $20 non-refundable pet fee applied for dogs\pets. This fee will be a separate bill and will be sent to you after you book. This must be paid before you check-in or the host will have the right to cancel your stay with no refund. If you are staying more than a week this fee will apply for each week you book and again will need to be paid before you check-in. Cherry Creek Off the leash dog park is my personal favorite! Acres upon acres of land and brush leading into miles of creek for your pup to slash around in! Chatfield off the leash dog park may be closer to our location and also contains ponds for your dogs to play in! Make sure to check out the scenic view at this location! Totally fine if you smoke, but it MUST be outside. Not all guests are a fan of the smell- so we ask that you respect that as well. Smoking indoors will be a breach of this agreement and will be seen as a break of our contract. We just ask that we are all being respectful.
