This spacious second floor apartment forms the top floor of a period property which was converted into apartments some 35 years ago. The Loft is just 2 minutes easy walk from Frinton's award winning sandy beaches. It is easily accessible by train (90 mins from London) and by car (60 mins from M25). The railway station is only 5-10 minutes walk away. The large living room has bay windows overlooking the sea, with comfortable sofas, chairs, dining table, TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth, books and games. The spacious main bedroom also looks out towards the beach, with king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, shelving and ample wardrobe space. There is a good sized kitchen with a washer/dryer and plenty of utensils, pans, china and glass. We've recently updated further (Spring 2023) with new unit drawers and doors, a fridge/freezer and a slimline dishwasher. There is also now a modern induction hob and convenient counter top oven. The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and hanging space. The separate bathroom is roomy, bright and airy, with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Guest access You'll have the whole apartment to yourself, with its own entrance. Other things to note We're sorry but the Loft isn't suitable for children under 12 year old. It is on the second floor of the building and the windows could pose a risk to children. The main street, Connaught Avenue is just 2 minutes walk away, with its range of independent shops and boutiques, including fishmonger, butcher, bakeries and deli, as well as cafes, charity shops and more. Small branches of Co-op and Sainsbury's can also be found in Connaught Avenue while larger Aldi and M & S Food stores are a short drive, or bus journey away in Walton-on-the Naze.
